Jeremiah Slaczka has explained why 5th Cell decided to call their new game Super Scribblenauts. "It's because it's way better than the first one!" Talk about praising your own game!
Still, Slaczka has good reason for believing that this time they've got it right. While we enjoyed the first game it suffered from dodgy controls, problems that have now been sorted out.
"It's all fixed," Slaczka assures us. "Better controls. That's what I really want to drill into people's heads. We spent a whole year developing this and taking the original idea and making it awesome."
But it's not all about righting the wrongs of the first game. Slaczka also believes that the new adjectives feature will enable gamers to use their imagination even more than they did in the original game. "You can string all kind of crazy, wacky adjectives together like zombified flying evil apple," he explains. "You can do anything. Anything you can think of. There are thousands and thousands of adjectives."
